since most people have never heard of Argyle Park here is a great review that explains it perfectly:

When asked what the best Christian industrial release of all-time is, most people will mention this album, the first and only one done by Argyle Park. Consisting of Circle of Dust's Scott Albert and a musician known only as "Buka", the band's guest musicians on this album read like a who's who of both the Christian and secular industrial scenes. Foetus's Jim Thirwell, Klank, Jeff Bellew and Mark Solomon of The Crucified/Chatterbox/Stavesacre fame, Jyro from Mortal/Fold Zandura, Prong's Tommy Victor, and EDL's Dirk Lemmons are among the many musicians that appear on this release, with each contributing some of their trademark sounds that add to the album's incredible sonic diversity.

While there is probably no one style to classify Argyle Park as, the album's most prevalent sound is a unique mix of fast techno, a la The Prodigy, and guitar-driven speed metal. However, just about any sound imaginable can probably be heard on the release somewhere. Virtually all of the listed songs, album fillers, and hidden tracks are creative masterpieces. My favorite is "Scarred For Life", with its Escape From New York samples and rage-filled chorus line: "You never told me, you never cared, you never showed me what I would face out there!" Other highlights are "Circle", with its ambient synths and pondering, spoken female vocals, the techno classic "Misanthrope", with its meshed together guitars and synths punctuated by samples from The Lawnmower Man, the creepy, dark ambient "Uffern", and the industrial-metal of "Violent", "Gutterboy", and "Skin Shed".

Lyrically, as you might imagine, this is a very dark and controversial release. A theme of betrayal can be readily detected by the album's intro. Titled "Refuge", it consists of a dark, spoken narrative juxtaposed over a recording that sounds like it was made in a haunted house. "Here it is, my life, my pain now lays before your feet. Listen to these words and do with them what you will, though I ask you to curse judgement's fist and open your mind to my greatest fears. Because this world has beaten me down and I've shed more than my share of tears. So with that in mind I greet you into a reality of nothingness and bitter dark, and welcome you to my home of escape, my refuge, Argyle Park!"

Clearly, this album is not meant to be taken lightly. This does not mean, however, that it is not without its lighter moments. "Diesel", for example, is a short little track where the band literally spells out the title, and "OG" is a recorded track of someone reminding the band that they picked up their dogfood! Still, if you want an album of upbeat fluff, Misguided is not for you!

This is perhaps the most creative Christian industrial album that has ever been released. I strongly encourage everyone to check this out. You will not be disappointed.
