ABOUT OUR CDs/DVDs: Unless stated otherwise in the item description above, your CD and/or DVD will come to you with all original artwork and covers. Our CDs are generally marked in some way by our suppliers to prevent their resale at full price. Many of our CDs are marked with a holepunch through the barcode, a slit through the jewelcase cover or a pen mark or other small marking or sticker on the package itself. These marks do not affect play in any way. DVDs have these markings on occasion, but rarely.

ABOUT COMBINING ITEMS: Many of our customers win more than one CD or DVD. We are happy to combine CDs and DVDs won in the same 5-day period into a single shipment. Our shipping-and-handling charges are shown in the tables below. At the end of 5 days please make a single payment for all items, being sure to LIST all items by eBay number and by name.

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: We ship single CDs and DVDs via First Class Mail in the USA. Double CDs in the same packaging will also be sent vis First Class USPS. More than one CD and/or DVD as well as DVD sets consisting of more than 1 DVD will be sent Media Mail. We ship Internationally via parcel post, unless stated otherwise. Sorry, but we cannot allow pick up.

BID RETRACTIONS: If you mistakenly bid on this item or bid too high, it is your responsibility to retract the bid, we cannot do it for you. If the auction has ended, retraction is not an option. If your child bids on this item, all the same eBay rules apply and payment is expected in the same time frame allotted for others.

INSURANCE: Insurance is always optional. Insurance is $1.50 per package sent within the United States unless otherwise stated. Refunds and returns are not available without the purchase of insurance.*

REFUNDS: If we have already sent the item and it is not received within a reasonable time, we can only refund the purchase price, minus shipping, if insurance is purchased. Shipping & Handling:

Please take a moment to review our shipping options below. Please understand that Media Rate mail travels slowly, especially at longer distances. Your package will probably take 10 - 14 days to reach you by Media Rate mail. We ship domestically every Tuesday and Friday and internationally on Fridays.  Due to the amount of daily shipments, we cannot email individually to notify of shipment but your item will be shipped the following Tuesday or Friday after your cleared payment.

USA via MEDIA RATE MAIL $3.25 for the first CD/DVD shipped and $1.650 each additional won in a 5 days period and paid for together.

CANADA $4.80 for the first CD/DVD shipped and $2.100 each additional won in a 5 days period and paid for together.

INTERNATIONAL $6.00 for the first CD/DVD shipped and $2.60 each additional won in a 5 days period and paid for together.

  *Please note that, although most of our items are shipped via the United States Postal Service, our insurance is not via the USPS. We insure our packages through our own company. If you purchase insurance and there are any problems, we will see it through to a satisfactory end, either by replacement or refund. Unless an item is returned to us in the same condition we sent it, Refunds and exchanges are only available with purchase of insurance. A lot of items will be shipped via Media Mail. A Lot of Our CD and DVD cases may have a hole punch, mark or drill through the barcode or spine, or other marking. It is guaranteed NOT to affect play of the CD or DVD at all.
